I. Responsibilities:
1. Under the EHS management system framework and in coordination with headquarters, build, transform, refine and improve the EHS system policies and documents for the Xiamen factory;
2. Regularly conduct EHS system introduction and interpretation training for each project, helping employees become familiar with and understand the system documents and implement work in accordance with the requirements;
3. Supervise and manage hazardous operations within the plant such as hot work, working at height, and confined space operations;
4. Conduct regular inspections of related-party unit materials (at entry, performance, and withdrawal stages), and organize interviews for those with substandard ratings;
5. Conduct regular inspections of the plant’s comprehensive safety areas (electrical, public facilities, canteen, dormitory, traffic security, etc.);
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
II. Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in safety, fire protection, environment, chemical engineering, electronics, mechanical, engineering or related fields;
2. 5+ years of EHS-related work experience in manufacturing and chemical industries;
3. Proficient in EHS systems and behavioral frameworks, familiar with fire protection and comprehensive safety inspection technical standards, and understand the basic process of risk handling;
4. Excellent organizational, communication and emergency handling capabilities;
5. Holding a Certified Safety Engineer certificate and other EHS-related certifications.
