Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the EMC part of the entire BMS project; serve as the formulator and implementer of the EMC scheme; coordinate and resolve EMC-related issues; and provide EMC technical support to other departments.
2. Responsible for review of schematics and PCB in the product design phase, and provide professional review comments or optimization measures.
3. Responsible for leading the resolution of EMC issues that arise in the BMS design phase.
4. Responsible for handling EMC issues of the whole pack in testing or certification.
5. Responsible for building the EMC design platform and outputting experience cases, EMC checklist, EMC design specifications, etc.
Requirements:
1. Electrical Engineering and Automation, Electronic Information, Automation, or related fields.
2. Careful, responsible, strong pressure resistance, proactive communication, strong analytical ability, logical thinking, and team cooperation ability.
3. Experience in EMC design and rectification in automotive component related fields; familiar with OEM EMC enterprise standards; 2-3 years of in-vehicle component rectification experience preferred.
4. Able to accept business travel and evening test overtime.
