Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the management and coaching of supplier quality engineers under their charge.
2. Responsible for managing supplier quality systems, and supervising supplier production process quality control and quality improvement work;
3. In accordance with company quality standards and customer requirements, develop, implement, and update supplier quality management procedures to ensure compliance with company and customer quality requirements;
4. Establish supplier quality objectives and break them down into quality target agreements (including incoming material pass rate, number of major batch issues, zero-kilometer, after-sales, etc.);
5. Closely cooperate with planning, procurement, technology, production, and other departments to coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring supplier materials are delivered on time, with quality and in quantity;
6. Responsible for following up and handling major component quality anomalies and driving improvement closure;
7. Responsible for annual on-site supplier quality system and process control audits, and driving improvement;
8. Responsible for monthly supplier performance evaluation and improvement of suppliers with poor quality performance.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above;
3. Familiar with quality systems such as ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001/VDA6.3;
4. Familiar with standards for materials such as wire harness, chips, temperature sensors, wires, connectors, etc.;
5. Familiar with product process flows;
6. Understand the company’s quality policy and quality objectives;
7. Familiar with the company’s organizational structure and department responsibilities;
