Responsibilities:
1. Plan and coordinate functional safety development activities.
2. Responsible for coordinating the communication and clarification of functional safety requirements with customers.
3. Refine system safety requirements.
4. Support and evaluate software/hardware safety requirements (SSR, HSR) and functional safety software/hardware development and verification; support system validation and confirmation.
5. Define functional safety verification test strategies and cooperate with testers to complete functional safety verification of products.
6. Responsible for and support safety analysis of system and software/hardware.
7. Collect and review functional safety cases, and organize safety-related development documentation.
Qualifications:
1. Master functional safety analysis methods.
2. Familiar with ISO 26262, ASPICE, cybersecurity and other standards; understand automotive functional safety processes and technical requirements.
3. Excellent technical documentation writing skills.
4. Relevant experience in automotive electronic product R&D; good knowledge of embedded systems preferred.
5. Familiar with software/hardware design, hardware reliability analysis, and testing/experiment methods for software and hardware.
6. Experience in functional safety ASIL-C/D mass production project development; functional safety product certification preferred.
7. Experience in automotive new-energy MCU, VCU, and BMS functional safety development preferred.
