Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall product planning, design, and launch operation of energy storage (C&I energy storage) or residential storage to meet market and customer needs, and ensure effective integration and collaboration of software and hardware.
2. Deeply research and analyze C&I energy storage + residential storage market trends and competitor situations, and develop reasonable product strategies to ensure products fully utilize hardware performance without exceeding its tolerance.
3. Work closely with the technical team to ensure product function realization and technical scheme feasibility, and drive product iteration and optimization.
4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to adjust product direction and positioning based on market demand and customer feedback to ensure products meet market needs.
5. Write product documents and training materials; provide end-to-end product support to sales, marketing, customer service, and other teams; and ensure relevant personnel understand the correlation and interaction between software and hardware.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from 211 universities, in Electronics or related fields.
2. Over 5 years of experience in power electronics and new energy product manager roles.
3. Professional theoretical knowledge: deep understanding of power systems, power electronics, control theory, and other professional knowledge.
4. Familiar with relevant product testing and certification requirements, engineering design, and product safety standards.
5. Able to understand and analyze customer requirements, and perform product planning, design, and launch operation, with good communication and coordination skills.
