Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for issuing orders for energy storage structural parts, following up delivery, and coordinating arrival to ensure materials are delivered to the production line on time.
2. Track supplier production progress and logistics dynamics; promptly handle delivery anomalies, quality anomalies, quantity discrepancies, etc., to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
3. Assist in executing procurement contract terms, track supplier performance, and collect delivery, quality, and service data.
4. Responsible for procurement order reconciliation, invoice verification, payment application, and other financial processes to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.
5. Maintain procurement ledgers and system data; timely update material status, inventory information, and supplier profiles.
6. Handle procurement-related document organization, contract archiving, and daily administrative support.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above from 985 / 211 universities; majors in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.; excellent fresh graduates may be considered.
2. Able to adapt to the fast-paced, multi-task work environment of manufacturing; with certain pressure resistance.
3. Careful, steady, and responsible; good communication, coordination, and team cooperation awareness.
4. Understanding of or interest in new energy / energy storage industry or structural parts procurement processes; relevant internship or project experience preferred.
