Responsibilities
1. Process Planning
Participate in developing the annual process plan and lead process planning implementation;
2. Process Execution Management
Lead the development of the process management system, supervise 5M1E process execution and change implementation, ensure error-proofing equipment, ESD measures, and key-process man-position compliance are in place; coordinate key and special process management.
3. Process Collaborative Design
Participate in new product introduction issue identification and new process development, and collaborate with R&D to complete design change conversion.
4. Process Improvement and Knowledge Retention
Build a first-pass yield management system and drive closed-loop improvement of first-pass yield issues, OQC sampling issues and market issues; lead process-related issue improvement; and form effective retention based on improvements.
5. Team Management
Responsible for process team KPI setting, gap-exposure management and personnel training, ensuring dynamic updates of work specification documents (SOP, warning cards, etc.).
Implement safety management requirements, organize safety training and personal protection standard execution.
Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical/electronic/industrial engineering related majors, over 5 years of home appliance manufacturing process management experience; overseas plant experience and washing machine industry background preferred.
Core competencies:
1. On-site management or process management related work experience.
2. Proficient in core lean production tools (5S, VSM, SMED, TPM total productive maintenance, TQM total quality management, etc.), and understand Six Sigma (6σ) and other methodologies.
3. Cross-department collaboration capability, able to lead major process improvement or change projects.
4. Strong problem-solving ability, able to quickly identify line abnormalities and drive root-cause resolution.
Language: Basic English reading and writing (overseas positions require daily communication); English communication ability preferred.
