Responsibilities (ordered by workflow or workload):
1. Efficiency Management: Track UPH and HPU achievement of production lines in responsible areas, identify causes for non-compliant items and drive closure; continuously optimize changeover time, identify cycle-time influencing factors, and track and maintain changeover time targets; conduct periodic OEE analysis for responsible areas; maintain standard staffing and change management, and calculate and balance labor load.
2. Work-Time Management: Measure and statistically analyze takt time for newly transferred products; periodically sample takt time compliance for mass-produced products; evaluate takt change requests from responsible departments and update work-time statistics and change history;
3. Capacity Statistics: Familiar with all product processes and produce capacity statistics; match on-site equipment quantities based on volume changes and assess real equipment capacity.
4. Site Planning: Responsible for new equipment layout and line transformation layout for managed areas and product types, review rationality of requirements from requesting departments; and plan new plants.
5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Process Improvement: Continuously identify on-site waste, improve new product introduction and production processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement: Identify on-site waste and shorten process cycle; complete periodic factory continuous improvement case collection, review, archiving and promotion per the continuous improvement process.

Work experience:
Over 2 years of experience, familiar with the automotive electronics industry;
