To meet delivery schedules, Ligoo established a highly efficient end-to-end system from requirements to manufacturing. Every step, from raw material procurement to production and processing, was closely monitored and evaluated to ensure timely and stable product delivery.
Facing SGMW’s stringent requirements, Ligoo invested substantial human, material and financial resources to gain a deep understanding of usage scenarios and technical needs, developing multiple tailor-made BMS solutions. In after-sales service, Ligoo built a full-coverage service team with 24-hour response, shortening the average fault resolution time to within 3 hours and significantly improving user experience and service efficiency.
To continuously meet SGMW’s demand for BMS and low-voltage wiring harnesses, Ligoo supplied more than 300 types of project materials and over 480,000 sets of BMS and wiring harnesses in total, achieving a combined cost saving of 12% through technology upgrades and material procurement optimization. When demand surged in the third and fourth quarters, Ligoo adopted an air freight plus dedicated vehicle delivery model to guarantee supply, demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of a strategic supplier.
