Product Safety Performance
Multiple battery protections: multiple protection mechanisms such as overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, and short-circuit protection. Fire and explosion-proof design: the battery compartment is equipped with combustible gas detectors and temperature/smoke sensors; when gas concentration exceeds the lower threshold, the system activates the exhaust device to discharge it outside the compartment; when gas concentration is too high and accompanied by temperature/smoke alarms, the fire suppression device is activated, and the entire compartment is equipped with a water fire-fighting interface. Stable electrical insulation: the vehicle’s electrical system has excellent insulation performance, effectively preventing leakage. All electrical components undergo strict insulation treatment, with insulation resistance far above industry standards, ensuring the electrical safety of operators and engineering vehicles even in humid and harsh construction environments.
